Whatever your age, fitness level, background or ambition, there is a place for you in adult swimming. Whether you are trying to shape up, to improve your health and/or swimming skills, or to compete with your age group peers, swimming is good for you.
Swimming is an ideal activity for all ages as it is non-impact, there is little strain on the joints, it is aerobic so good for breathing and circulation, it is inexpensive, and open to everyone.
Chichester Cormorants Seniors & Masters is the section of our club for competitive swimmers over the age of 15. Our Masters’ section is highly successful with swimmers achieving National records and representing the Club at County, National and International swim meets. Masters’ competitions occur throughout the year.

The Masters training sessions are held at the Westgate Centre, Chichester:to arrange a trial swim to assess ability. (All trial swims for Masters occur on a Thursday morning.)
Monday: 8-9.30pm - Westgate Centre, Chichester
Tuesday: 6.30am-7.30am - Westgate Centre, Chichester (By invitation of Head Coach)
Thursday: 6.30am-7.30am - Westgate Centre, Chichester (By invitation of Head Coach)
Friday: 7.45pm-9pm - Westgate Centre, Chichester
Sunday: 8am-9am - Westgate Centre, Chichester
